I am suffering with perioral dermatitis

I am desperately looking for someone to help me. I have never suffered from any pimples, rashes, etc... Until 6 years ago when I decided to use oil of olay scrub pads and a new face powder. After using those 2 products twice on my face my skin went up inflamed and got red pimples all over my face you can see the marks of where I used the scrub pads and the dots hurt, my face feels tight, burns and itches at time. I have gone to 6 or 7 dermatologist all they tell me is that I have rosacea and perioral dermatitis. I took antibiotics for 14 days doxy 100mg and 2 months after I stopped everything came back. I also used Elidel and that is the only cream that keeps my rash at bay but again once I stop using it everything comes back again. My forehead hurts when I try to move it, it feels so tight this is so uncomfortable.

I tried metrogel oh boy that irritated my skin big time, I also used noritate but I couldn't put it straight to my skin had to use a moisturizer first and then apply the noritate it wasn't the best thing but at the time that I was using noritate I was also taking Oracea. The point is that I don't know what else to do with my face because no matter what I use nothing seems to work at all. I don't want to take antibiotics forever that's not good for you and there is no topical out there that works on my face.

I was in search for natural things but I don't even know what to try or what even works. I feel so frustrated and so hopeless. I am not asking for perfect skin that is gone, I know that I damaged my skin but I just want to be able to repair my skin as much as I can even though it will never be the same again. I want to be able to find something that can help with the discomfort. I know that my damage is forever. I didn't bleed from the scratches, the red marks are cluster with little tiny red pimples but you can see them up close that they are in a form of a rash. I AM DESPERATELY LOOKING FOR HELP. Thank you!!!

I suffered for a year & refused to take antibiotics, I searched the web & came across diaper rash cream as a cure. It worked for me, I just put it on at night until it goes away! Good luck

Try raw honey, its the only thing that helps me. I have been battling periodontal dermatitis for over a year. It's not gone but much better.
