Clearly you got it infected with the shirt when you wiped it. You could use isopropyl alcohol, Hydrogen Peroxide, the liquid for of Echinacea and I like my old stand by Colloidal Silver too. All applied topically of course. Keep eyelid SHUT for a few minutes to make sure the "weapon of choice" doesn't leak into the eyeball and irritate. I'd use a tissue and just close eye and dab the liquid onto the eyelid; let dry and repeat. Find the best anti-bacterial/fungal/viral that gets you relief. I bet in India you can find five or six good anti virals.
