80 yr old male after a mountain climbing felt some chest pain. The 2D echo report heart function 45 to 50% ECG report showed some changes from his previous ECG to bad side. Doctors prescribed some medicine and advised angiogram which he refused. With medicine he is stable need your advice. Does H2O2 3% has any role. your urgent advice is requested.
