I use colloidal silver 10 ppm several times a day. I put about 4 or 5 mil in the cup and suck it in every third breath suck it in deep as you can. This has helped me quite a bit when I have a hard time breathing. I do this then in about half hour follow up with normal prescribed neb meds and it works well.
