Hi Mam...the best remedy for fibroid problems is the Iodine protocol. You can either take this protocol using lugols iodine or Iodoral(both are sold on the internet). The protocol you should follow is shown in detail here:

Please be sure to take all the companion nutrients that are advised in the link on a daily basis for iodine supplementation.
For fibroid problems, I would take a total daily Iodine dose of between 50mgs and 100mgs a day as the most effective dose -- in split doses four times a day. With Iodine, ensure that you start small, go slow, and increase to the recommended dose slowly over a number of days.
I would also avoid all dairy in your diet while on this protocol as excess unregulated calcium also tends to also promote cyst formation in the body.
