How to Protect Against Any Covid-19 Vaccine Side Effects?

I am required to get the covid-19 vaccines by my employer as I work in healthcare. I am against that, but that means loosing my job. How do I protect myself against it? Will activated charcoal do much protection against a vaccine based on RNA?

Take a Benadryl or Allegra after shot.

First shot I was so nauseated, and threw up multiple times.

Called doctor and she said take above. Worked immediately, but before it was horrible!

Second shot I was prepared, and took Allegra after and was fine. Felt a little flush for two days then okay.
