How to lower follicle stimulating hormone levels

Posted By Smallfry1973 (Mississauga, On, Canada) on 04/10/2011

We have been dealing with the fertility clinic for almost 1yr. My FSH had been normal until about 2 months ago. The last month it was high at 26. I have started accupuncture and my accupuncturist is hoping to try to get it down. We really want to try IUI this cycle but need to reduce the FSH. Any suggestions? I had endometriosis removed in Dec and I've been on Serophene but not this past cycle.

Smallfry1973 - I was able to lower my FSH from 15 to 3.67. I did it in 3 months with each month it getting lower and lower. I was drinking fresh wheatgrass juice and taking wheatgrass tablets.

I would wait until it comes down before you do the IUI.

Another thing, when I lowered my FSH my sexual libido came back.
