How to build enamel on teeth

Posted By Timothy (Manila, Philippines) on 10/30/2012

Many of the chemicals suggested here I cannot find. I would like to take everyday items like potato, onion, tofu, garlic, salt, cinnamon, etc to create a sure-to-work paste that if I apply on my very-thin-easily-broken teeth will build and harden the enamel as if I have good teeth again like a 18-year old.

Please in terms of ordinary everyday items only, any idea how?

Hi Timothy, You might want to consider your diet, as our teeth are built from our diet. Research Weston Price and his work regarding this subject. He has a lot to say on how the diet influences our teeth.

Here is information about who he was:

Also consider black walnut tincture

You can also do a search on youtube for Nadine Artemis who is an alternative health expert on re-growing tooth enamel. In the past I have posted quite a bit of video and audio of her speaking on this subject. If it's something you're interested in, let me know

Wishing you the best, Lisa
