you apply to lower middle base of spine, where meets tailbone (I apply on my whole lower back though) not much is needed, I apply by spraying the back with 3% hydrogen peroxide first then the dmso I pour a lil in my hand and rub it on top of the area then again I spray just like 2 sprays more of the hydrogen peroxide (you will feel a warm sensation, but resides quickly) you may feel an itchy tingling sensation but it does go away after a few minutes, I think its just the skin becoming oxygenated, it may also discolor the skin too, but should return to normal once dry. I recomend you do atleast twice a day maybe 3 if you skin doesnt become too sensative, (and if does you can dilute dmso to solution of 70dmso 30% filtered water). Make sure skin is always clean, best to do after shower (no creams or lotions), good luck!
