How Can I Treat Chest Pain Due to Muscle Weakness?

Posted By Piotr (Wroclaw, Poland) on 02/25/2012

I'm underweight and I have scoliosis which was giving me back pains, but I cured these. Unfortunately, I had chest bruised which caused one pair of ribs detach from the center, which deepened the hole called Pectus excavatum. Probably this is the reason, along with scoliosis, that my chest muscles can barely hold everything, they easily tire and cause pain. There are many treatments for the spine, but how to treat the chest? Or at least how to decrease the muscles pain? Working out is impossible for me for many reasons.

You could look into an ayurvedic jam called chawanprash which has multiple herbs that are well absorbed by the body and improve cell level mitochondrial function. Also combining Ashwagandha and Shatavari could help improve the muscle strength. Best wishes.
