After receiving radiation for rectal cancer, I was told at my anal verge bleeding is now caused by keloid scarring. Also told that surgery would probably make it worse. My question is...since this is internal, yet reachable at anal exit what is safest and best treatment for this. ACV sounds like it would just add to the pain of this sensitive area. Coconut oil sounds relieving, but what would actually reduce this scar.
