He tries to exercise he feels his blood pressure drops, bad ringing in the ears, almost blacks out, extremely lightheaded, sweats, extremely nauseated & feeling like he needs to urinate, feels like he can't feel a pulse, SGPT 187/SGOT 71, is not a diabetic. I have a weak liver, and enzymes get elevated from time to time. There are a lot of herbs that can be used, but I typically use milk thistle. You can learn a lot by reading the comments section under the product on Amazon.Replied by Jeannette (Ohio ) on 01/28/2021
TUDCA read about it. Take 1 capsule twice daily. Both of my the main liver enzymes went down after using it for about three months.Replied by Sophie (London ) on 01/28/2021
Look up tudca by Cellcore or itâs sister company microbe formulas. Best supplement out there for the liver / gallbladder!!Replied by Kevin (Mn) on 01/28/2021
Tudca...
EC: Tudca is the acronym for Tauroursodeoxycholic acid, an ambiphilic bile acid.

We use HEXANE FREE coldpressed caster oil packs over the liver area for 1 to 2 hours. Then expect a cleansing/detoxing.
Also, for maintenance we take oral dose of 2 parts caster oil and 1 part 'flowers' of sulfur HUMCO brand. We took this when children. I am 74.
We take freeze-dried liver in capsules drrons.com from NZ and we eat pastured chicken, turkey, beef liver when available.
We take supplements & occasional Tylenol. No pharmaceutical meds accept that Dye-Free Tylenol.

I read research on using alpha lipoic acid high dose. I have used it 600mg twice a day after meals.
Also there is a liver detox program by a company called Metagenics. I used it many years ago when I had high liver enzymes.
You also might want to try coffee enemas. I had a friend who was diagnosed HIV positive: I had suggested he try coffee enemas.
So even though he had very low T cells and worked hard (ER pediatrician) he never got ill.

He could try taking Milk thistle, very good for the liver, no junk food at all, get an A1c test for insulin resistance.
