Hidradenitis suppurativa causing much pain in thigh

I`ve been suffering too much pain in my thigh. I thought it was just a boil but the pain never fade. until I found at this Hidradenitis Suppurativa and I still don`t know how to cure. Can you please give me some advice to cure this?
