Hi healing community help needed for herpes

Hi EC Healing Community,
While I'm writing this, I'm sincerely hoping that there is someone out there in some corner of the world who would help me out with my skin infection and alleviate my suffering.
I don't know where to begin....

Rewind to 2009 when the entire year I was shuttling from one doctor to another (four specialists) to cure me of my eczema/dermatitis/psoriasis and some other names they all came up with. A plethora of different kinds of antibiotics, steroids, antihistamines and steroidal creams that they all prescribed did practically nothing to put me out of misery. I gave up, lost hope and faith in allopathy by the end of 2009.

Then by chance I found a homeopath who put me on a strict diet (basically anti-fungal diet... You can google it), some detox and psorinum 30 C which worked like magic... A slow one though.... And healed me completely in a month and a half. I thought it was a nightmare that I need to put behind me and moved on with my life.

Back to present... Since this August I'm again having some lesions all over my body, they itch like crazy. I again went to the same homeopath who believed it to be Herpes Simplex and has put me on a number of homeopathic medicines such as Herpes Simplex 30, psorinum 30, Lymph-clear, Immunopar (all Energique brand) and others like Deturge and Adrenal Cortex (vit. C). It's been more than two months and there hasn't been much improvement in my condition. She doesn't respond to my emails anymore.
This time my homeopath didn't want me to go for anti-fungal diet even though I asked for it.

I've been following all the testimonials on EC for the past 10 days or so and learnt quite a bit about the diseases and their holistic remedies. I thought it wouldn't hurt to try organic, raw ACV topically and internally which I've been doing for almost 10 days now. I take two tbsp of ACV and 1/4 baking soda in about 8 oz. of water once a day. Have also been on gluten-free and dairy free diet for more than two weeks now. I just take yogurt (homemade with full cream milk) , rice with veggies, blueberries, a grapefruit and a banana everyday.

The topical application of ACV only reduced a bit of itchiness but there is no noticeable improvement in the way my lesions look. They are pretty bumpy on feeling and the skin around them look red and leathery. Everyday I slather my body with coconut oil which I don't think is helping much either.
I don't even know what is helping and what is not!!!! I've been so depressed and frustrated lately that I feel God has also abandoned me.

PLEASE HELP ME....

My heartfelt sympathies and prayers for those who are still suffering like me and heartfelt happiness for those who have found a cure to their ailments. Bless you all.

Miserable Joy

Dear Joy, I have had problems with my skin and what worked for me was Aloe Vera Gel. I bought the gel at whole foods. I even put it on my scalp after I took a shower and no more psoriasis. If you can use aloe from a plant. Good luck, debby

Have you tried Ted's 'Milk of Magnesia' approach? If not just rub MoM onto your skin as it may be just a simple (Malassezia spp) yeast infection http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Malassezia The pH of MoM stops yeast's dead in its tracks! MoM has been a sheer wonder to me. I suffered a similar (yeast) issue for about 40 years. I tried EVERY medicine and concoction there was out there. Nothing really worked for me until the MoM.

In response to Joy from Columbus. Your experience with this health issue sounds very frustrating and upsetting. My input is centered around looking at the body as a whole. Our skin is a big part of excretory system and so it is doing its job but with unpleasant results. Whatever your body is trying to rid you of it is doing its best. We can have all manner of issues manifest as disorders of the skin and since I don't have all the info, I would like to suggest (maybe you already have considered these factors) lowered liver function (it may be overburdened, which creates toxic backlog), or lowered digestive function. Dysbiosis (imbalanced bacterial flora in the gut) and Hypochlorhydria (low stomach acid) create an inflammation in the stomach lining leading to a situation called leaky gut. This situation allows large protein molecules to permeate the intestinal wall and travel into the blood stream overloading your immune system and liver. A poorly functioning digestive system can decrease nutrient absorption and impair immune function.

You could be taking all manner of supportive supplements but if your body can't absorb or process them it will not be that useful. Additionally poor digestive function can cause disruptions in the elimination process and bowel flora which increases quantity of circulating toxins which then may try to make their exit through your skin as other routes are compromised. The other thing I may suggest is looking at your home and work environments for potential allergens or irritants that may be triggering flareups. A lot of info but I'm hoping it may give you other areas to explore. Good luck.

Try plain yogurt perhaps/and increase Bit B and probiotics. Hope you'll get better.
