Hiatal Hernia Causing Weakness and Extra-Esophageal Reflux

Posted By Rob (San Jose, California) on 08/06/2018

I don't know when I developed a hiatal hernia. I may have been born with it - and I'm now in my 30's..

I suffered reflux issues all my life and in my everyday health with most being symptoms related to extra-oesophageal reflux and being misdiagnosed.

Eventually, I decided to have a Laparoscopic Nissen Fundoplication which has controlled the hiatal hernia and reduced reflux with the wrap.

After 12 years on PPIs (up to 80mg omeprazole daily) which leaves me anemic from induced hypochlorhydria, and am unable to walk 50 yards without being out of breath.

I am looking for recommendations to replace the medication, and help me totally remove the hernia.

Hi Rob,

Here is a regimen that must be observed for 2 months even if you feel an improvement within 2 weeks. The first - waking up in the morning, you should drink 600 ml of tap water in a glass jar that has stood all night at your bedside. You have to do it standing , not lying or sitting, although you can then continue to sleep if it is very early in the morning. If you heat water to 42 degrees, this will dramatically increase the effect, use a simple small reboiler.

The second - you must stand every time you eat, and not as usual sitting at the table. Often drink water.

Third - use water soluble humic acid 1/4 teaspoon in 4oz of water before going to bed, it means that intake of any food or liquid completely forbidden after that.
Share your experience after.

Good Luck!
