I hate to say it but the Over The Counter creams work perfectly well and very quickly(2 days or less), very sad to say on this wonderful site. Get one with a Local Anesthetic to relieve you of the pain. While you are waiting for something to work, here are a couple of tips, elevate your feet on a box or stool while doing your business. Get rid of the toilet paper for a while and use wash cloths or something similar made of cotton or even wash after in the shower if they are really bad.
If you have Diarrhea, a dreadful combination I suffered once then take activated charcoal to stop that while you heal the Hemorrhoids.
I think that Hemorrhoids are the only thing I have gone to the Pharmacy for in more years than I can remember, the stuff is cheap and much more effective than the remedies suggested in the Hemorrhoid section. I would usually find one of Teds remedies and go with that but not for this.
Make sure you get more fibre into your diet in the future and if you want to give your colon a clean out after you fix the hemorrhoids take a course of Magnesium Oxide, called Colon Cleanse here. Magnesium Oxide wil Liquify your Bowels and get rid of all the built up gunge inside making everything easier and more regular. Don't forget the stool or box to elevate your knees.
