Help Needed for Son with Complications After Surgery for Neurofibromatosis

My son, 14 years old, suffering from nf2 at spinal cord and brain spinal cord tumor removed by surgery on 15 jan 2015. After one month he could not walk properly and both hands power found less. Please help me.
