Help needed for postpartum hemorrhoids

Please help or give me hope. Had severe prolapsed piles since giving birth 4 months ago. Trying number of remedies recommended on this site - ACV and Cayenne Pepper & VCO and many others. They are shrinking very, very slowly but look like very long, thin swollen veins around the anus - is this still piles? Am tired of doctors and want hope that they will shrink back inside over time and won't remain on the outside after the swelling has subsided. i.e., they won't remain like thin long threads.

Please help

Find a plant nusery that sells the tobacco plant. Then wet the leaf and keep it pressed up against the offending pile. According to a nineteen thirties herb book this is a sure fire cure. Failing that I suppose cut tobbaco would do suitably damped.. the nicotine shrinks the piles.
