Also a lady posted about this with success using pumpkin oil. I bought it but remembered then that seniors do not absorb oil well except transdermally - through the skin. So I bought pumpkin oil and use that as well in addition to dead sea mag chlor. Oiling the body according to Ayurveda, is very rejuvenating. I am glad it works for me with pain diminishing, even disappearing. But with age it may be an ongoing treatment, though.
I buy dead sea mag chlor flakes as it is cheaper but good nevertheless. Make a saturated solution and use it in a spray bottle and let dry. Info online. Once a day I use pumpkin oil and massage it in well. Incontinence can be treated successfully according to the recent post on EC.
Good luck. Namaste, Om

The answer is pretty simple. Organic Apple Cider Vinegar but you've got to drink it everyday. When you stop drinking it, you start hurting. I learned this the hard way. Here is my recipe for my juice drink that I drink almost every day. If I don't have it made for some reason, I put a tablespoon or two in warm water and drink it that way. Never put ACV in boiling or too hot water as it will kill all the good stuff. Also, don't take too much ACV. I never go over two tablespoons a day. I make the juice drink because I don't like the taste of ACV alone.
Easy juice, tastes like cider. 1 cup organic apple juice to 1 Tbsp. AVC, pinch of cinnamon. If I feel that tickle in the throat or a plugged sinus, I make a tea of this and add cayenne pepper and chopped up garlic. Not to hot so you don't kill the good ingredients.
Really good tasting juice. All organic ingredients: 1/3 cup each of cherry, apple and pomagranet juice, juice of half a lemon or about a Tbsp. 1 cup brewed green tea, 1 to 2 Tbsp ACV.
I make this up in bigger batches (4) and refridgerate. The cherry juice really tops off this recipe and I'd never again make it without it. Also, it is a bit strong in taste and you may want to water it down or add ice to it, which is what I do.
The other important thing is to get your body moving. My knees are better after forcing myself to get back out walking. Getting yourself in nature is so healing for your body and mind. Look on you tube for videos for shoulder exercises.
