I am seeking remedies for non-specific lip dermatitis, which is not the same as contact dermatitis on the body. I've already tried a steroid based creme - triamcinolone acetonide 0.5% and 0.1% and neither of which worked so I've stopped. Now awaiting having a patch test to try and figure out the cause. But meanwhile, I'm suffering from dry, red lips that feel like they are on fire. Are there others here who can make some suggestions of things to try that might work while I await the patch test in two months? And again, this is for lip dermatitis.
