Hi Bridget - I am sorry you are having such a difficult time. Please check out a Youtube video of an interview that Andrew K Fletcher had with Clive de Carle about inclined bed therapy - it is a long interview approx 2 hours, but at about 54 min he mentiones how this therapy helped a girl with cerebral palsy - it does not cost anything and it may help. You should also look into doing EFT for yourself to help you cope better with the stress. Good luck.
