Natural Remedies Help Needed After Heart Attack

Posted By Emily (South Yorkshire, UK) on 08/01/2015

Hi,

I am a 32 year old female who suffered a heart attack a couple of months ago. I am a type 1 diabetic (since the age of 7) and had been a smoker for 15 years (up until the day of the heart attack). Other than the smoking I was very fit and healthy, I have a great diet, I do not drink alcohol, I exercise alot and have low blood pressure and cholesterol. I do suffer with anxiety and stress from time to time. I have had a stent inserted in to my heart and was discharged from the hospital with a load of tablets, the majority of which I have now binned including the statin and the beta blocker!

I am asking really for any help in regards to alternative treatments, I am still taking the ramipril and the ticagrelor (both of which I would like to stop) at the lowest dosage possible and have brought some Hawthorn berries and cayenne pepper instead but if I am totally honest I am unsure how to use them......I don't want to take the pharmaceutical tablets but am unsure where to start!

Any help would be much appreciated!

You can buy dried Hawthorn fruits at a Chinese store and boil it for 15-20 min to make a tea and drink it every evening.

Hi Emily,

Please look into Dr.Stephen Sinatra. He has videos on utube and has written books on heart disease. He also has a facebook page........He talks about earthing and grounding and taking the awesome foursome for the heart.. COQ10, Magnesium, L Carnitine and D Ribose..He will also answer questions on his facebook page..

Also you might want to consider being vegan . I hear that being vegan along with exercise and meditation can reverse heart disease.. look into Vit. C therapy and yes def. Hawthorn. I love Hawthorn. It has calmed my heart and palpitations and just makes you feel good all over. I do buy a liquid herbal formula though of Hawthorn online. It is pricey though.. check Dr.Christopher's herbs..

Take care.

Emily, my friend in Toronto takes _____.Heart Drops. I believe other companies make an equivalent with identical or similar ingredients. (hawthorn, garlic, motherwort, willow bark, cayenne, bilberry)
