Having trouble with muscle twitches

Posted By Bob (Round Rock, Tx) on 09/11/2011

I have been having muscle twitches in my calfs and also under the eye. When I sneeze or rub my eyes I will get twitches and then stop after a minute. Any remedies or suggestions?
Thanks

Bob you may be magnesium deficient. Try rubbing some magnesium oil on your skin or bathing in epson salts. Taking magnesium transdermally (via the skin) is a much better way to get magnesium than tablets.

Bob, have you tried ebay? I just ordered some magnesium flakes magnesium chloride) from ebay.

To make the oil you just use say one cup pure water boiled and add 1 cup of the magnesium flakes and stir til they dissolve. Then add it to a spray bottle or jar and use as needed. Cheaper to buy the flakes and make your own oil.

I am also going to put about 2 pounds (1kg) into bath water.

Learned in my search for a family's problem with mold, that this is what I probably had for years in the spinal area of my back surgery 6 years ago. I used h202, diluted down to 3 %. Found a 12% food grade in Temple, TX at the discovernaturalfoods.com health store. Start with one drop in pure water, then graduate up each day to ten drops. I stopped at ten drops, but took this on empty stomach up to three times a day. I take mine at night time when the problem starts. I now only do it when needed. Weather changes can trigger. But, lately, I now only use the one treatment a night about twice a week. Eliminated many other issues as joint, muscle pain.

Also, order the magnesuim crystals from utankum.com and dilute one cup crystals to one cup boiling water. Put in spray bottle, and spray body area. I wouldn't do this around eyes. You just need to use an ionic magnesium orally to build up your mag. levels. Now, this homemade magnesuim oil, is also, magnesium chloride but if you feel safer, just buy it in the dropper bottle at your health store, and start with a few drops and likewize build up to 10 drops.
