Having trouble getting rid of extra weight

Posted By Praveen (Dehradun, Uttrakhand, India) on 09/17/2010

I am 48 years male from India. My height is 172 Cms and weight 88 Kg with 39" waist. I am having around 18 Kg extra weight which is around my belly only. Other parts of body are proportionately fine. I am very fond of non veg foods and sweets but due to my weight problem I am not able to take these items. No doubt that after crossing 40, I have reduced these items considerably. I don't smoke. But I take liquor moderately i.e., once a week or socially. However, I take non veg (only chicken) once in a fortnight. However, I feel to eat upto Bursting Point especially non veg or sweets. I took 5-6 kms. Morning brisk walk. Kindly suggest some tips/home remedies for shedding extra weight. Thanks and warm regards,

Praveen

E. APPLE CIDER VINEGAR, COCONUT OIL, MASTER CLEANSES, EXERCISE & DIET and lastly HONEY AND CINNAMON. But I am little confused as to start with which one? Here I would like to add that I am prone to fall sick by loose motions very frequently. Kindly suggest accordingly. Warm regards, Sincerely, Praveen
