Having problems with excessive saliva

Posted By Esprit64 (North Yarmouth, Maine) on 04/12/2011

Hello: I am having problems with excessive saliva. Sometimes, I can be talking, feeling like I have a glassful of water in my mouth. Can anyone explain what may be causing this problem? Thanks.

For Espirit64. You may want to look into incorporating sea salt into your diet. It's supposed to regulate excess body fluid, among other things. Search earthclinic first, then google on "sea salt health benefits. " Good luck.

Try chewing gum. It mops up the excess. Can't use in all social situations, but useful as appropriate.
