Have had bad strep throat for over 3 weeks

What is the best way to cure a strep throat? I'm past three weeks here and am out of options.

Make sure it is not something else. Try oregano pure essential oil, properly diluted and or colloidal silver. It is extremely unpleasant to use oregano oil, but you can do it.
