Have been diagnosed with blood clots

Posted By Nsingh11 (Mississauga, Ontario, Canada) on 06/01/2012

Hello there, I am a 20 year old male who was diagonosed with an DVT in 2010 left leg, and this year in January had another clot only in my right leg. The doctors dont know why its happening they have just put me on Couamdian however, doing recent search about the possible reasons for it I came across several factors such as Obesity, High Estrogen level, Exessive B12 and Folic Acid Content, and Omega 6 fatty acids, and prolonged sitting both times. All of these factor I can assoicate with because my weight is currently high, doctor said I might have high estrogen levels, when I had the second clot I was supplementing with B12 and the essentail fatty acids I have been taking for a while through the use of health oils such as Olive oil. I dont know why these clots are happening but these indicators provide leverage to my conclusion. Since this recently happened because in the past year or so I rationalized my diet to include many supplements such as protien powder, multivaitmins and calcium vitamins and essentail fatty acids; more poluty products such as ground beef steaks, Fish, Chicken, and Eggs.

However, I keep informing the doctors of the diet modifications playing a factor but they wont listen and just insist for me to take Warfrin for the rest of my life. This reccomendation does not make sense I am 20 years old and I always excercise with heavy lifting weights and all of sudden I get clots why didnt it happen before why did it happen when I was sitting for a prolonged period of time what caused it? These inicidents have lead me to have to give up many of my aspirations and sporting acitivites beaucse of the harm it has with bleeding. If you guys could help me out with something any answers, maybe I can find a way to fix this matter since it has been detrimental to my life. I know there is a way to fix this but I dont know where to start. I need some advice please- if you can help I would be very greatful. Thanks

Hi Singh. I would suggest to you that you do a web search on the phrase "serrapeptase and blood clots".

Serrapeptase is a natural enzyme that is pretty amazing. I remember reading something about it keeping blood from forming clots. Please read about it. :)

Good luck to you, Carly

Warfarin = rat poison (wikipedia). Check out "People's Pharmacy" for an alert. Type in "natural anticoagulant" and "natural blood thinners" into your internet search. Garlic and cayenne are said to act as a natural roto-router for veins and arteries, thinning the blood and dissolving clots. Heart healthy/stroke preventative. Read Dick Quinn's "Left for Dead". Healthier to take a vitamin E and/or a garlic supplement every day than a known rat poison (or any other prescribed blood thinner). Research. Good luck.

Nsingh11, try some detoxification protocols to insure your body is "clean". "Clean" means no heavy metals, no zenobiotics, no parasites, and no infections. Protocols are on this site; rotate one to the other. Also consider the brand of supplements you take. It's always best to take supplements not manufactured by pharmaceutical companies, but rather heath food companies.

Conventional medical doctors are not trained to treat your health, they are trained to treat your diseases; which means your health is your responsibility and your coming to E. C. is a very good first step.

Good luck and report changes.

Hi Nsingh11, It would pay to have your iron levels checked, that is your saturation level and also your ferritin levels. You may have excess iron especially as it is in breakfast cereals, breads, other foods and supplements including body building.

Cayenne is definitely worth your time to research it and it's benefits, even in first aide use for strokes. I did and now I wouldn't be without it.

Hi, Dr Wallace in his book Dead Doctors Don't Lie states that blood clots are a symptom of copper deficiency - so you could consider a copper supplement. You could check this out with a hair analysis ( as long as you don't have chlorine on your hair as I've read this can throw out the reading for copper). Sometimes blood clots are indicative of more serious degenerative diseases.
