I am reading a book where I found a chapter on scars. The author says that Vitamin E is very good either to prevent scarring or else to make old scars more visible or even get rid of them!Replied by Lilips (Plantsville, Ct, Us) on 07/28/2012
I was reading studies on Vit E. It is actually not effective on normal scars, and only makes a difference in keloids and hypertrophic scars.
