Gf with 9cm ovarian cysts

Posted By Bluessky777 (New York, US) on 09/12/2014

Hi,

I have a GF with a 9 CM Ovarian cyst. One doctor recommended surgery, another said she could try Super Lutein and Izumio - which are expensive (about $170 each, possibly a little cheaper for the Super Lutein). Apparently, someone she knows tried these two things and their cyst disappeared.

I mentioned for her to try Apple Cider Vinegar and Blackstrap Molasses. Is there anything else you would recommend that she try? Beets or Aloe Vera, Lemon Juice? Would anything such as food grade Peroxide properly diluted in water help? She is trying to eat more vegetables and fruits. She has stopped drinking coffee and has stopped eating bread (she consumed these two regularly). Would it also be best to reduce something such as white rice? I was thinking it would be best to reduce or totally eliminate white sugar, and using Stevia, or a moderate amount of Raw Honey. Thanks

Dear Bluesky777,

I agree that the Blackstrap and Vinegar are good ideas...and less sugar and more fruits and veggies.

Castor Oil is good for this type of thing. She could try castor oil packs over the area 4 times a week, except during her period.

Also, Frankincense Essential Oil is good for cysts. A few drops rubbed over the area twice a day. This can be done all month long and is even good for cramps.

Let us know how it goes for her!

Hi Mama to Many,

thanks very much for the note.I'll mention that info to her.I wonder if the two expensive supplements I mentioned before are even needed.Regarding Aloe Vera and Beets, what's the best way - to make a juice out of them, or is blending in a blender good as well?

Thanks

Dear Bluesky777,

I think juicing or blending would be fine. However, I would be careful when juicing beets. A little goes a long way. A friend would juice only 1/2 a beet and have a strong reaction. Whatever you do, I would have her try less and work up to more, to make sure it agrees with her.

Regarding the Frankincense, it is actually quite gentle. I have used it straight (100% Frankincense oil) and it has been fine. So, if you have 20% Frankincense, you should not need to dilute it further. On the skin I usually use a 2-4 drops, so that would be equivalent to 10-20 drops of what you have.

Keep us posted!

Hi Mama,

My friend has since tried Apple Cider Vinegar, more vegetables, less bread, etc.She hasn't yet been able to find blackstrap Molasses.(same with Frankincense oil).If anyone knows where to get blackstrap molasses there, (frankincense oil as well) please let me know.M y friend is often tired from work (her job involves a lot of walking) .She does have hip area pain, and sometimes back pain. We were wondering if hydrogen water could help. Thanks

Hi Bluessky777...It's been found through research that cysts can generally caused through lack of iodine and other minerals in the diet. Too much calcium, through excess calcium(dairy) in the diet, is also usually a factor. Excess bromine and fluorine(from treated water, toothpaste) in the body is another one that reduces iodine in the body.

Therefore taking adequate amounts of lugols iodine everyday will help to shrink the ovarian cyst. Supplementing iodine at the correct daily dosage will also get rid of breast cysts in about 3 months.

I would just take the Iodine and Alkalizing remedies exactly as shown in the document link below. You will need to take at least 8 drops of LI a day(more if you are able to) in 4 smaller split doses every day. I would also advise taking the full Iodine Protocol (take the advised dosages of Selenium, Zinc, Magnesium, B vitamins, Vitamin C and higher dose Niacin) if you can and as advised in the document. I would also use the Alkalizing protocol(which is also fully described in the document) every day as well. See the document here for the remedies:

Iodine and Alkalizing Protocols

Keep taking the other protocols that you are taking now as well.

Here is where you can buy Lugol's Iodine in the Philippines(Manila):

Generics King Pharmacy
San Francisco
930-G Del Monte Ave,
SFDM, 1104 Quezon City,
Philippines

Light Infinity Wellness Center
414-1028 83 West Avenue near Baler St.
Quezon City

if you do buy LI from these sources then please don't mention the fact that you will be supplementing LI -- I admitted this to one of the above sellers when I went and they nearly didn't sell LI to me because the alternative doctors there think its a poison. I've been taking LI everyday at 8 drops a day for the last 8 years and I'm 64 y o and have never felt so well. Just tell the seller that you are buying the iodine for your cat, dog or budgie and there will be less hassles for you.

You can buy the Sodium Bicarbonate (Baking Soda as Arm & Hammer brand is fine) and use that for alkalizing.

You can buy all the other minerals and vitamins needed from Healthy Options(reasonable quality, much cheaper than GNC) in SM Malls.

Hi Bluessky777...I'm afraid I don't know of any iodine-literate doctors or alternative healers in Taguig or Manila. My email is bt130550(dot)gmail.com. Also be aware that I get alot of emails, so please bear with me(since I only have two hands) if I don't answer your emails straight away.

Lugols Iodine is quite difficult to find in the Philippines. If she can't find the iodine then you should get your friend to buy seaweed at the wet markets in her area and eat it with her food (in salads, stews, rice) every meal or every day. This will also help to supply her body with iodine but this will take longer to cure her ovarian cyst because she will be taking smaller amounts of iodine. Seaweed is sold in the wet market in San Fernando where I live and its quite cheap.
