Getting rid of a wrinkled neck

Posted By Tikobird (Florida, US) on 08/21/2014

I was trying to find out how to lessen or get rid of the wrinkles in my neck. My face looks about 10-15 years younger than my age but I still have the turkey neck.

@Tiko: Suplement Vit-A & Vit-E as they have protective effects on skin. Coconut Oil also helps skin conditions.

In adequate amounts, the nutrient Carnosine has shown the greatest benefit in aging skin problems. There is another nutrient recommended to take w/ Carnosine as a balancer but can't remember the name now, but do try and find a product w/ these two together or else there is neg side effects at therapeutic doses.

Tikobird, neck stretching exercises should help get rid of wrinkles.

My friend, a 60 yr old male, had an operation on his face to remove cancers. This resulted in long scars.

When I saw him 2 years later at a dinner party, those scars were not visible AND his wrinkles were gone! He explained that using Macadamia Oil-just the cheap one from the supermarket- for dealing with the scars had also smoothed his face.

Hi, I am interested in this. Do you know if he took it internally or applied it to his skin? Thanks.
