Now, I don't go to my doctor, I drink baking soda and washing soda, borax 1/8 teaspoon per 1liter water and apply borax and Hp every night because I think I have Rosacea not seborrheic dermatitis.
After 3 weeks, my skin have improvement, light red and little acne. But when weeks 4 to this time (now are weeks 6), I have a lots breakout, cystic and red skin a lots, painful. I don't know it's caused by dead of demodex or I'm wrong? Please help me, I'm desperate!! Thanks a lot for your comment

Hello, I had the same result when I did the borax and my skin was very very dry, so I stoped but now I think I should give the borax more time. What help very much was the apple vinager. It do not cure my rosacea but my skin look better. Not so irritate. Good luck.
