Friend recently diagnosed with ms

Hello Again,

I am making the connection for advice with a friend who was just diagnosed with MS. She is 50 something, active woman, who overnight stated to experience many signs of body failure. After many allopathic tests, she was diagnosed with MS. She was recently treated with Cortizone shots. Is there any home remedies that may be suitable for this condition, since she is only in the beginning stages. Please advise as there is not too much information for the condition on the EarthClinic Site.

Thank you so much for helping to heal Humanity. Nur Iman

Try a spice called Turmeric. I drink it 1/2 teaspoon every day mix it with warm tea or water. It does not taste very good. Also try Vitamin D3 1000IU I take Nature Made brand. I drink 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil cold pressed in AM. Make sure the olive oil is cold pressed and it says on the bottle or you will be buying expensive fat. Also elimunate dairy, sugar, gluten, red meat and saturated fat from the diet. You can substitute with almond milk, oatmeal milk. Instead of sugar try agave nectar it is 10 times sweeter than sugar so you do not use it as much. Now this is the worst part STOP EATING OUT because of all the saturated fat, msg, and god knows what else they put in the food. I stopped eating out- I got little better. And if you can EAT ORGANIC food that helpped me the most. They are expensive but they are worth it. And eliminate as many chemicals from your environment as possilble. I use chemical free soaps, shompoos, creams it really helped me. You can get them at whole food market. Good luck
