For two years we have had difficulty getting pregnant

Me and my husband have tried for two years to get pregnant. My doctor told me I don't ovulate regularly. Is there anything I can do to help that? I have read about the Apple Cider Vineger but didn't know if it would help. Any suggestions to try before actually going to a fertility doctor?

Hi Cutelilred, I have a couple suggestions. My first would be to find a very good Traditional Chinese medicine doctor. They can use acupuncture and herbs to help you rebalance your body. Chinese medicine looks at our bodies very differently from western medicine. I have witnessed my own acupuncturist help several women finally get pregnant. One of them was a personal friend I sent to him for this reason. She has had two kids.

Are you certain it is due to ovulation? Because another suggestion which I have heard works is guainefesin to thin the mucus out for the sperm to reach the egg easier. Of course, that is another issue entirely. Anyway, hope this helps. Lisa

A friend of mine was having the same trouble a few months ago, so I looked here on Earth Clinic! Two things that she was willing to try were wheat grass and royal jelly. She decided on the royal jelly first. Lo and behold, she just delivered a healthy baby girl!

I recommend wheat grass juice for both men and women. It is rich in Iron, zince, magnesium, folic acid. Increases the speren count, virility, fertility. Since it forms pure blood within weeks after taking it, the newly formed pure blood will heal anytype of Uterus diseases or ailments.

Wheat Grass juice increases erection too. Wheat Grass Juice cures all diseases. thanks

We tried to get pregnant for 3 years and did fertility treatments, to no avail. Found a book on Amazon, but don't remember the name. She recommended cutting out bleached flour, artificial sweeteners, caffeine, soda, MSG. Limit wheat to one meal. Limit alcohol and sugar. Take a food- based vitamin and eat fresh fruit or veggies every day. I think she said go easy on dairy and soy because of hormones.

We got pregnant about 3 to 4 months later.
