Sometimes I wake up, so startled I feel like my tongue is on fire that I had gotten electric shock has anyone or does anyone know what this is and it only happens when I sleep.

See an acupuncturist. They will help. It is a sign of something that only TCM will know. Don’t try any remedies without a consult with an acupuncturist. If there’re acupuncture schools in your area, they take patients charging very little - students are thoroughly supervised.
