Fingers stiff and sore in the morning

Posted By Chezzelle (Newcastle, Nsw, Australia) on 12/05/2012

For the last 19 months I have been going to the gym 6 days, doing both resistance & cardio training, per week. Lately first thing in the morning my fingers are so sore that I find it hard to move them. Once I have moved them and stretched them I have no further issues during the day. This has just come on in the last week or two. I havent changed anything in that time. Any ideas what may be causing this and how I can avoid/ fix this? Thanks in advance.

Not sure what could be the problem but increase your water intake and take Omega 3s...

Also, make sure you are stretching post workouts, you may be building up muscle that can start to press on nerves causing pain and stiffness.

At the core of all aches/pains, disease is mostly too acid, get strip test strips and test pee at least 3 x/ day, and do avv, stop sugar, white flour, mostly just veggies, fruit, want health have to detox 2 x yr, and have akaline diet. lol
