Hi all, Since last few months I am feeling lots of heat in my body, specially my right side. I also have problem digesting food. Because of the heat in the body I also feel pain in my both ears. Right now I am gluten and dairy free. I am vegetarian and eat rice but also having problems to digest rice. I did detox with olive oil and lemon and it helps little beat but nothing is helping. Please help.
