Nattokinase (Japanese fermented soy beans) and Cayenne pepper supplements are my top heart de-cloggers. Google it

You might want to check posts here on EC about Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV). It is reported that ACV will dissolve egg shells in two days so adding a couple of TBSP in 16 oz of water to sip on throughout the day may help.

Nattokinase and Serrapeptase are both clot busters with no side effects. I'd take both. He will feel the effect within 1 month. I think it takes 2 to 4 months to completely clear the block or get most of it.

In re: Father with Coronary Artery Blockage

My own father had to have triple bypass. After it was over he still had angina, and worsened every month post surgery. I got him on NATURAL Vitamin E which helps greatly in the delivery of oxygen to muscles. And helps disolve clots and slicks platlets, veins and arteries. This keeps the plaque from sticking to tacky walls. Hence, the issue of cholesterol levels doesn't matter because the oils (cholesterol) is not sticking to walls of veins and arteries; hence no oxydation/inflamation.

Get him on natural E (work up from 200 iu daily and next months to 300 and next to 400 etc until at least 600... I take 800 iu daily)... After getting him on natural E, my dad's angina stopped and he lived without heart issues for another 25 years. Diabeties was the final killer for him. He had a sweet tooth.

I'd get anyone with heart issues onto:

  • Natural (NOT synthetic) Vitamin E.... 800 as described above.
  • Magnesium 500 mg
  • Argenine 1,000 mg
  • CoQ 10 500 mg
  • Cayenne Pepper 500 mg
  • Omega/ Fish Oil 500 mg
  • Apple Cider Vinegar At least one tablespoon in glass of water 5 times a week
  • The Herb Hawthorn 500 mg

I'm not recommending that one should NOT have surgery. After all, the blockage may be life threatening. But the blockage will come back if the Natural Vitamin E and the rest are not present.

Finally, he must get off the super inflamatory foods: NO refined sugar; no highly refined carbs; and no bad oils. Real Olive oil, grape seed oil, real butter (not transfat oil/ hydrogenated oils).

Best to you....Dave

Hi Shweta,

http://www.sott.net/article/242516-Heart-surgeon-speaks-out-on-what-really-causes-heart-disease"

Please open the above site and read the cardiologist's confession. You have not given any information about your father's age, life style etc.because nature does create co letrals during the course of time for the blood to pass, about which doctors normally don't tell the patients. If there is no emergency then go through this site and make an intelligent decision.

Good luck,

Vitamin E, codliver oil and orange juice. I had a friend (who died at 90) who had been told at 40 or so that he wouldn't live long due to heart but he took these 3 and grew his own vegetables.

As per the link posted. The surgeon says that inflammation causes blocked arteries. Have your father take natural "Anti Inflammatory" stuff to help bring the inflammation down. For example apple cider vinegar, aloe vera, cayenne pepper. There is probably many ayurvedic herbs which are anti inflammatory .. Gotu Kola is one (this should be eaten every day).

He should also stop eating wheat/grains and increase his omega 3 oils (natural butter, olive oils, fish oil).

Once the inflammation goes down as per the article the cholesterol can move freely through the body.

Good luck.

Bringing down cholesterol inflammation is not addressing a nearly blocked artery.

First, cholesterol is what is keeping the father alive. Without it, he'd be dead.

Second, he needs a clot buster. clot buster is essentially a fibrolytic enzyme like nattokinase. This is what will clear his arteries much faster. If the father has 99% blockage, that is a critical situation. Taking Vitamin E etc just won't cut it if it is that severe.

He needs a clot buster as fast as he can get it. He should take higher dosage of fibrolytic enzymes.

Once the clot has been cleaned away, he will have more leeway on choosing another alternative if he wants.

Prioris:

Sorry, not sure what a clot buster is.

As per the article it is not cholesterol inflammation. The surgeon says (and I have read elsewhere by Dr William Davis) that wheat and flour (and grains) cause inflammation of the arteries (and most other body parts). Take away the inflammation (of the arteries) and the cholesterol can move freely through them. That is why people feel so well taking ACV regularly. All manner of healing occurs but they stop taking it and their problems return because they are still eating wheat and grains.

Taking out wheat and grains from the diet "IMMEDIATELY" and taking ACV or other herbs which are also anti inflammatory will make a huge difference to get the inflammation down. Keep wheat and grains in the diet and it will get worse even come back after the arteries have been healed because the source of the inflammation is still in the diet.

The body needs cholesterol as does the brain definitely. Bringing down inflammation of the arteries by eliminating wheat and grains will allow the cholesterol to move through the arteries and clear the blockage.

Concerning fast removal of the clot...don't.

There is substantiated information, or was available 20 years ago that if one has lots of clotting that too much Vitamin E could break away the clot; and that might mean death.

That is why the recommendation is so important to start up slowly with E (take only natural/ not synthetic) is so vital. Not just a blood pressure issue; the Vitamin E will begin dissolving plaque, like lemon juice in water will dissolve kidney stones, so the E will do the same with plaque. But beginning with 200 iu daily and a month later 300 for a month etc to 500 or 600. I take 800 and have done so for decades.

So for whatever recommendation you get for dissolving clots, you must do it slowly or risk a break away from the vein/artery and the broken apart clot may cause death.

If you opt not to use surgery and want an alternative approach, then my suggestion is to go slowly and gradually remove. The E will start quickly and that's why I'm saying to use small amounts for a few months.

According to Dr. Joseph Mercola, the publisher of a self-titled natural health newsletter, and New York Times bestselling author, “One of the most beneficial effects of nattokinase is that it has an extremely powerful ability to disintegrate blood clots. Not only does it build your bones better than calcium, it’s better and cheaper than any cholesterol-lowering drug (like Lipitor) to keep your heart healthy.”

As far as going slow, that makes no sense. how in the world would you be able to slow down what the body does naturally with a substance natural to the body.

The only report about a chunk breaking off was on serrapeptase and there was only one report. whether it was true is another thing, fibrolytic enzymes didn't come on the scene until 10 years ago

Why don't you tell us where all the deaths from nattokonase are. they simply don't exist.

Doctors try to scare their patients away from the fibrolytic enzyme. heart disease is a big money maker for them.

I developed peripheral artery disease in my late 40s where I could barely walk. it melted away most of my symptoms within one months.

Large blockages usually take at least 3 or more months to remove. I would suggest he take it three times a day because it is active for maximum of 8 hours in the blood. he can do this for a couple months then he can take them upon rising and going to bed for convenience. I would take higher doses and more than one kind of fibrolytic enzyme.

The main unknown factor is if he is taking synthetic medications and how they interact.

Seems like sound advise here from Dave. If I might add, an herbal complex of Hawthorn, Gingko biloba, Garlic, Cayenne, Ginger; again starting w/ small dose, only one cap per day will improve blood flow and thus strengthen the heart as well as reduce the risk of deadly blockage. The herbal complex works w/ high efficiency and less possible bad side effects because it provides a balanced action, as opposed to single herb or nutrient which throws everything in one direction.

Speaking of strengthening the heart, as an addendum to Vit-E, CoQ10 at least 60mg 2x daily will combine w/ the E for powerful antioxidant protection and improved heart function. Also, try and find Vit-E as mixed Tocopherols and mixed Tocotrienals for best results. Also eat one or two Brazil Nuts for Selenium to also bind w/ CoQ10 & Vit-E.
