Extreme muscle spasmspain

Dear Ted,
I have Myofascial trigger points muscle knots. I have not been able to recover in what feels like years. I recently stopped lifting heavier weights to try and minimize the tension and speed up my recovery. I went to see a trigger point massage therapist. She seems to make sense and the massages appear to help. BUT...with long hours at the desk I am afraid I won't be able to get rid of this "sick muscle" syndrome. The main culprit is my desk job. I think lifting weights contributed to my muscles being shortened. Now...what I want to know is...is there a cure? I am close to going to the doctor to get a prescription for Soma (muscle relaxant/pain relief) because of the everyday pain. I am a 32 year old female with a sturdy/fit build. I eat mostly vegan diet (eat seafood on occasion). I stick to organic and mostly non processed foods. I do not smoke or drink. I am sick of dealing with shoulder knots, stiff neck, and the pain at the base of my neck.... Where the skull connects to my neck. I am trying to be better about my sitting arrangements at work and do more yoga/stretching workouts. Is there a supplement I can take to remove the build up? Any recommendations? As always...thank you for your help! You are brilliant.

Someone please respond with advice if you have it. I have the same issue and it is so annoying. I too work on computers so I don't know if that could be the sole issue.

I'm a younger male, exercise a lot and eat healthy with organic veggie juice, veggies, fruits, nuts, raw milk, fish etc. (lots of healthy things that I feel should help) but nothing works I even take lots of supplements like turmeric and cayenne pepper daily, coconut oil, apple cider vinegar, black strap molasses (which I just started), raw cottage cheese/flax seed (budwig diet)

Massaging with coconut oil does work some but I just need for relief.

Something is bound to work. Please help if you can.

Hi Ted, I am a great fan of e/clinic. I have been suffering from hip bone stretched muscle pain. One day right after when I woke up, I stretch myself. Which damaged my hip bone mussels. It is quite deep. Problem is that on hip one can not apply bandage. Now the pain is so severe, that neither I can walk, nor I can climb stairs. Pl. advise me what remedy I should do to avoid this pain.

thanks, hope for a quick reply
