Energy Loss and Exhaustion After Full Hysterectomy

Posted By Clare (England) on 11/17/2021

I had a complete hysterectomy a year ago. I am exhausted a lot of the time and have no energy to do anything. I have had four family and close friends die this year. I have high blood pressure which I take medication for. I just want to feel normal again as I have just no energy. it has got up and gone.

Please can you help me?

Tia

I have not had a hysterectomy but I study a lot and I'm old. I use emerita creams to balance hormones and use swanson coupons to save money buying them. They are cheaper than pharmacy hormones but I don't use a lot but I do use them daily . What helps me is half a pea size of progesterone and estrogen daily on my skin near the pelvic. Now you need to study before trying stuff and I would try progesterone first since it goes in estrogen ports and at first make estrogen issues rise up. Vitamin D-3 and K-2 are hormones too and magnesium affects hormone. As does Iodine. Borax affects hormones. Saw palmetto is a testosterone booster and lifted my poor saggy butt back to life. I use 3 drops a day . I use lowest dose dhea every 4th day with GABA for mood and Pregnenolone every 4th day with ashwagandha . I use melatonin every 4th day and tryptophan every 4th day. I start with one thing low dose after reading a lot. Also get extra water and pink salt to start your day and you will feel better . I walk and sing and pray and talk to God. We have an inner self and I ask mine what we should do next to improve. the inner man of the heart.
