Professional Singer Seeking Remedies for Excessive Saliva in Mouth

Posted By Francisca (Cardiff, Wales) on 03/24/2018

I am a singer who has been under a huge amount of stress lately and now I suffer from excessive saliva in my mouth, which makes singing quite difficult. I am desperate, please help..... I have very important auditions and concerts coming up! Is there an easy way to solve this problem? Funny enough my lips feel tender and dry.

When we are stressed the body decides to prepare to run from the bear...producing cortisol by robbing the body of the needed minerals, vitamins and hormones to make that happen. I would try Himalayan pink salt first with your water, since salt holds water in place...and this salt has 27 minerals in it. Then I would increase B vitamins for stress. Maybe add a magnesium for mouth issues or take an epsom salt bath.
