rythema Ab Igne Caused By Overexposure to Heating Pad - What Can Cure It?

Exposed my back skin to a burn, that looks like lace, due to overheating, due to my overuse of heat pads due to backaches. I used it approx 4-5 hrs a day for 2 months. I discover it to be Erythema Ab igne.
