Laura,
Well it seems like coconut water would be a good option for replenishing electrolytes.
Are you sure that the electrolytes are off? Could it be something else that has triggered a blood pressure spike?
Are you possibly drinking distilled water? They can pull minerals/electrolytes out of the body.
Do you have any other symptoms?
