Hi, I was just reading about Ted's 1/4 sodium carbonate and 1/4 sodium bicarbonate in a glass of water twice a day, I understand the logic of raising the ph of your body from acidic to alkaline, sodium bicarbonate and sodium carbonate both raise ph
What is the reason for taking both since they both raise ph? As far as I kno,w sodium bicarbonate is harmless in such small quantities however on the packaging of sodium carbonate there are warnings that it is dangerous if ingested.
If possible is there anyone that could clarify the above questions.
