Shani Raj: This could be a problem w/ the liver/gallbladder. Are you or have you been taking pharmaceutical medications which could be toxic to your liver? Do you drink alcohol beverage? Any history of hepatitis virus?

You can try cleaning your gallbladder and supporting your liver. Here are 2 E.C. links: https://www.earthclinic.com/cures/gallstones.html. https://www.earthclinic.com/cures/liver-damage-treatment.html

Hello Shani Raj from India;

A suggestion on the heart palpitations ... I've found an amazing number of "A-Fib" problems can be helped with 500 mg orally of magnesium...I take mag citrate but one could get the magnesium with a quarter teaspoon of Epsom salts.

For your digestion issues, have you considered apple cider vinegar? ACV is really BIG on Earth Clinic...read about it under "Remedies" and you'll be amazed at all the things ACV does for the human body.

It could be the two problems are connected by another underlying issue. That is, there may be a deeper issue but I doubt it. Seems like two distinct issues. They may relate to each other but for the immediate consider using the Magnesium and the ACV.

There are many remedy suggestions under earth clinics ailment section for constipation. I'd start with that first.

This is for Dave--I am in my middle sixties and I never had problems with my heart until I started taking mag citrate. Over ten years ago I had frightening palpitations and "flutterings" that scared me to death. To make a long story short, I had been diagnosed with PVC (premature ventricular contractions) That occurred again, right AFTER a stress test, while I was resting. I found out that "citrate" (a form of MSG)is processed from corn. I stopped taking it and resumed standard mag tabs and my PVC subsided. I have since started using the mag powder because binders and fillers of meds or supplements or more than likely processed from corn OR in the process of being made, a manufactured form of glutamic acid (MSG) is created.
