How Do I Use DMSO and MSM for COPD?

I have copd and want to try the DMSO/MSM. I want to order DMSO/MSM but don't have a clue what to order. I want to nebulize it in my nebulizer. Can someone please advise me on what to order ( LIQUID, POWDER, CAPSULES ETC....)
