Diabetic Father W/ Multiple Myeloma Losing Appetite

Posted By Arun Gumber (New Delhi, India) on 06/01/2013

Dear Ted, I am really impressed the research you have done in Multiple Myeloma and your vision about Sugar level and Vitamin C fooling, which is very logical as you found in Dogs...

My father who is aged 79, Diabetic for last 30 years but well maintained, does not take sugar and working full time till 76 after retirment has just been detected for IgG kappa with cretanin 2. 91, Urea 105 and with proteins in his serum and Urine (2. 8 gm/24 hours). I was about to take him to oncologist on coming Monday... And luckily stumbled on your articles... It was really fortunate... And I know after taking him there.. The first thing they would have exercised is X rays, Bone Marrow plasma tests and all that.. in which I dont believe as I feel the human machine has been perfectly designed to take care of itself if we feed them the right things.

Can you advise me something on my fathers condition.... He is perfectly fit with no symptoms till now except that he is loosing his appetie (maybe to reduce sugar level subconsciously) and is feeling lethargic and confused... otherwise he goes for his walk... clinically although his hemoglobin is 8.8.

i would further request for a meet in thailand as coming there is no problem.

please advise.
