Bill, the skin is an excretory organ, that is when the liver is congested, toxins cannot leave the body that way, and will exit through the skin, via boils, pimples, etc. Consider a liver support from the health food store, dandelion or milk thistle etc. Also, in case your bumps are fungal in nature, Google borax shampoo. Best to you

You may try: washing your hair/scalp every day and anytime your head gets sweaty. Keep it dry otherwise. After washing and drying your hair/scalp pour isopropyl alcohol all over your scalp and wrap a towl around your head to allow it to penetrate. Never wear hats, pony tails, or go to bed with wet hair. Wash pillowcases often. Ted's borax mange remedy may work, but it did not for me. You probably have a fungal infection. Ditch the sugar and go raw vegan. Buy a high speed blender and make raw veggie smoothies. Eat lots of sulfury foods like cabbage, onion, broccoli. Leafy greens. Brewer's yeast. Avocadoes. Lemon/limes. Chia seeds. Kombucha. No nightshades, sugar, caffien, alcohol, dairy. Stay out of public pools and hot tubs.
