Not sure what you have already tried or added to your routine but I would use a magnesium first and all the minerals with it in the correct balance . Hydration is dependent on mineral balance.
Dr . Johnathan Wright wrote an article, I don't know where, I read it, about using iodine in vagina, you need to find the dose that works for you, to reset the hormones in the area, I use it daily 3 drops. I use Lugols.( beginning Iodine can cause itching and rashes so use caution ) I use oral 5 mg DHEA every 2-3 days and progesterone cream. Most cancer is from estrogen imbalance and progesterone balances it out. D-3 K-2 are necessary for mineral absorption. Hope someone else can help you by their experience.

Francis did you ever try the DHEA cream?
Charity - do you mean you wash/ rub iodine in the area and had supplementing with the DHEA helped
Are either of you in remission?
Thanks
