Desperately need help for ulcerative colitis

Posted By Christian90 (Lakewood, Co, United States) on 01/05/2012

Hello My name is Christian I am 21 I have had UC for 15 years. I have had so many surgeries and have been on a lot of different Steroids and other meds. I came close to dying a couple times cause the meds did not mix well and shut down my kidneys and liver. I am in dire need for ANYONE'S help. If anyone has any idea or any suggestions to help cure my UC or at least slow it down I would greatly be in your debt and do anything and everything I can to repay you. Please email me with anything you have. Christian_rookclrd69(at)yahoo.com.... Bless you all and thank you for your time.

I would go immediately into a raw food diet for at least a month. Once things are better, slowly introduce cooked foods that are whole and full of fiber, such as brown rice. Run from meat, animal products, and processed food. Take lots of turmeric to reduce inflammation.

Christian, </P>
I had severe ulcerative colitis from 2007-2009. The last time I was in the hospital was in 2009, and the last time I had a flare-up was in 2010. I have some symptoms of IBS still, but they are going away. I believe I am completely healed of ulcerative colitis. I am not on any medications, although I was told I would have to be on meds for the rest my life. I've been taking an entirely natural approach. If you like, I can share what I have done to heal my colon.

In my experience I have found that parasites are the cause of... I think almost anything. I am 57 and it has took me about 3 years of cleansing. I have done almost everything naturally, meaning no supplements or things like that - this mostly because I don't have (don't want) a credit card I cannot buy things through internet, so it has been a bit longer and more difficult, more work but it has been worth it, believe me.

I have used mainly: hot red pepper, wormwood, black clover, something called in spanish CHAPARRO AMARGO, another one is EPAZOTE. Also lots of garlic, the Tibetan garlic cure, garlic oil, coconut oil, vegetable carbon... I think if you try something for parasites you will see that you feel better and then you know where the problem is. It takes time, but it's worth it. I wish you feel better. :-)

Hi Faye,

I'm offering what I have learned:

Cayenne pepper will stop bleeding. I was advised by a naturopathic physician that the lining of the GI tract replaces itself every 7-10 days and the allicin in garlic replaces that lining.

I don't know the difference of UC, IBS or just internal hemorrhoids. I was diagnosed with IBS many years ago. Tried MD recommendations to no avail. EC and the Nutrition Almanac have helped me more than the medical profession.

When I have bleeding I swallow 6 black peppercorns, take a mixture of 1/4-1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper and the garlic powder. Depending on how I feel, I usually take a rounded 1/4 tsp. of turmeric and ground ginger first but I take both concoctions in the morning. Sometimes I take 6 black peppercorns before bed. I don't know if we are still allowed to provide links here but you can Google "benefits of black peppercorns".

Try the black peppercorns and cayenne pepper in about 1/2 C water first then adjust as needed. It should be noted that garlic and ginger are reported to be antibiotics. Turmeric and ginger are both reported to be anti-inflammatory spices.

Wishing you the best,

KT
