Dermatitis doesnt sound like others descriptions

Hi. I looked through your site for cures on dermatitis but everyone seems to talk about POD or PD. I think my case of dermatitis is different. I don't have any red flaky patches on my face or anywhere on my body. I just itch like crazy. My docs said there is no cure and the only thing I can do is take an Allegra daily and a Benadryl at night. It works, but I don't want to be on either of these medicines everyday for the rest of my life. I know it has to be a natural cure somewhere. Do you gave ant suggestions?

Try going gluten/dairy free.. I came across some interesting articles which said that phosphate is added to most processed foods these days (especially to wheat) and even in vegetables and dish washing liquid. Even though the body needs it, it is now getting too much. Many people have had huge success going dairy/gluten free. I think phosphate is the key. The farmers feed to the cows and put it on their fields. Here is a good website for info.

If you just have itchy skin with no breakouts, use Gold Bond powder. My skin flared up for no reason. Nothing work accept Gold Bond. I don't use the powder any more. But it is in my cabinet just in case. PS. I found it in the small travel size, cost a couple of dollar and only used half the powder.
